Ayanova Support Ticketing System Instructions

Standard maintenance and service requests are normally resolved within 2-5 business days from when a request is submitted into ayanova.  If you require FASTER RESOLUTION, please review the rate sheet and call 562-988-1939 option 1 to request EXPEDITED service.

BILLABLE EMERGENCY & BILLABLE ASAP REQUESTS WILL RESULT IN A FLAT RATE CHARGE OF $300.

  • Log in with the button below.
  • Click   icon at the top of the screen to submit a Customer Service Request. 
  • Required Information (IF ANY OF THIS IS MISSING, YOUR SERVICE MAY BE DELAYED)
    • Title: BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF ISSUE. 
    • PO#:  or ITS#, or other internal tracking code for customer records.
    • Serial Number:  Not used.
    • Details:  Put brief description, such as: "new phone, John Smith, ext 1234" and same info in Details of ticket (plus additional info if applicable)     MUST CONTAIN NAME OF THE PERSON CREATING THE TICKET + THE END USER NAME + THEIR EXTENSION.
  • Click Save and Exit button at the top.
  • Click Refresh to see the submitted request.  If you don't refresh you won't see the request you just submitted.
  • Monitor the request list to for status information.  Filter by location using the dropdown at the top of the page if you are involved with multiple locations.  Wait to be contacted or someone will resolve the problem.

Person submitting request is responsible for checking the queue for monitoring the status of their request!  Standard maintenance and service requests are normally resolved within 2-5 business days.  Please log in regularly to determine the stage of your request.
